Structural Epoxy Pouring Resin
Structural pour-on self leveling epoxy resins, for timber and masonry repairs, crack and hole filling. Self priming.
Machinery bases and bearing pads, bed grout.
Optional Grout version (thicker) - this has the same structural properties as the Pouring Resin, but is thicker.
Call us to discuss your job and we may then advise the thicker option.
Sizes - 2.5 litre and 5 litre plastic buckets.
Two versions - Resin or Grout (thicker) which are supplied as three part, thick porridge like pouring resins (two liquids and a powder).
Both self level and penetrate deeply.
Uses - for filling holes and, in combination with reinforcement rods, for structural repair of timber and masonry, including concrete.
Self leveling, self degassing (bubbles of air, trapped during mixing, will rise to the surface and escape)
Mixing - mix using a paddle in an electric drill.
Usage rate - by volume - 1 litre will fill a void 100mm x 100mm x 100mm (4" x 4" x 4"). A hole 300mm x 300mm x 300mm (1ft x 1ft x 1ft) will require 27 litres.

Thixotropic Injection and Laminating Resin - structural adhesive
A two part, (two gels) thick injection resin. This resin does not drip or run - it is similar in consistency to Vaseline or Swarfega.
Mixes to a light wood/buff colour, but liquid colour pigment can be added - black, grey, beige, red. Self priming.
Sizes - 400cc and 1000cc (1 litre)
Uses:
1. For injecting into cracks, slots and holes, when used with a Cartridge Tube Kit.
2. For laminating and bonding materials together, by spreading.
3. For MOT Brake Roller re-coating, in combination with our Grits.
4. In combination with reinforcement rods, for structural repair of timber and masonry, including concrete.
5. As an anchor resin, to bond rods, studs, bolts and reinforcement into masonry and concrete.
Mixing - mix using a pallet knife, by hand.
Usage rate - by volume - 1 litre will fill a void 100mm x 100mm x 100mm (4" x 4" x 4"). A 400cc pack will fill a hole 25mm in diameter to a depth of 800mm.
Extension tubes are available, made to order, to reach the base of any hole depth and in varying diameters.

Thixotropic Rapid Injection Resin - structural adhesive
Thixo Rapid is a nozzle mixing two part product for rapid setting injection - 3 to 8 minutes, in a single plastic cartridge.
Fits a standard skeleton gun, ideal for bonding and injection.
Sizes - 310cc single cartridge (yields 280cc)
Uses - can be used for anchors, bolts, studs and stitching in masonry, render and concrete crack repair. Ideal for fast brick bonding, or re-fixing bricks before repointing
Mixing - simply insert into a standard skeleton gun and screw on the mixing tube. Inject gently, like putting paste on your toothbrush, from the bottom of the hole outwards.
Usage rate - 280cc will fill a 10mm x 100mm slot for a length of 280mm (a typical 'stitch' repair would be 1000mm long).

Polyurethane Rapid Expanding Injection Resin
A brown liquid, runny honey consistency, which expands and fills holes and cracks. Moisture curing.
Sizes - 1000cc (1 litre)
Uses - can be used for injection of concrete cracks and hollow sections
Mixing - none required. Pour straight into a 10cc, 20cc or 50cc Syringe (with no needle attached) and directly inject into a 5mm hole.

Mouldable Epoxy Putty - structural filler

Repairs stone - can be shaped to repair statues and moldings.
It is a waterproof molding putty which can act as a sealant and a repair filler, for crack filling in masonry, brick, stone, wood and concrete.

Sizes - 500cc and 1000cc (1 litre)
Uses - fills and structurally repairs wood, brick, stone, concrete, some plastics and bonds most metals. Will set underwater. Waterproof and weatherproof.
Mixing - simply take equal portions in wetted gloved hands and mix together, like window putty or bread dough, until a perfectly even colour. Apply with a pallet knife or by hand placing. Use a wetted seam roller to smooth.
Colouring - You can add small pinches of our Colouring Powder to the mixed Epoxy Putty to achieve a match with the repair area. Black, brown, red and white powders can be blended or used individually.
Usage rate - 1 litre of putty will fill a hole 4 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches (100mm x 100mm x 100mm).

Rebuild Resin - structural resin
A two part Epoxy filler for fine surface filling of structural timber, window frames and other joinery. Easy to smooth to a precise shape. Can be sanded and painted.
Size - 400cc and 380cc twin tube cartridges, or 400cc in two pots
Uses - repair window frames, door frames, timber frames or other wooden structures. Use Ultra Thin Epoxy Primer/Stabiliser liquid to consolidate damaged timber.
Can be used as an adhesive to bond timber pieces into frames.
Mixing - this filler/adhesive consists of two soft, creamy materials, which can optionally be gunned onto a mixing board to give a perfect mix ratio. Mix with a putty knife. There is no shrinkage and it is totally waterproof. This is a professional repair material, as used by window frame repair specialists.
Rot Protection - finish the job off with our Boron Paste and Boron Rods - these provide internal rot and insect attack protection by dissolving inside the timber. See our Boron Shop for details.
Usage rate - 380cc will fill a 10mm x 100mm slot for a length of 380mm. 400cc will fill 10mm x 100mm slot for a length of 400mm.

Injectors, one way valved, for narrow cracks and hidden voids
Plastic hammer-in injectors incorporating internal one way valves.
Requires a syringe with a 4mm diameter outlet.
Hole Size - 10mm diameter x 40mm
Uses - for injecting various resins deep into wood, concrete, brick, render or stone.
Warning - ensure that ALL dust is blown or vacuumed out completely. Injection into dust does not work.
Fitting - drill holes at least 40mm deep if you want to flush fit the Injector. Remove all dust from the holes. After injection the Injector can be knocked in further, drilled out or left exposed - fill over using Epoxy Putty, or insert our Plastic Plugs to give a flush finish.
Usage rate - typically, insert one Injector every 100mm to 150mm.

Epoxy Primer/Consolidator
A two part, thin clear Epoxy resin for priming and consolidating masonry and wood.
Can be brushed as a coating or pouring to form a solid seal or joint material e.g. Glass balustrade bottom fix.
Ultra Thin Epoxy Liquid Consolidator/Hardener/Sealer has very low viscosity.
A two part, very thin Epoxy resin for soaking into fine cracks and damaged materials to make them harder and water proof.
Sizes - 225cc (Ultra Thin only), Primer in 500cc and 1000cc (1 litre)
Uses - Epoxy Primer should always be used before applying Mouldable Epoxy Putty onto smooth timber, planed timber, hardwoods, stone, brick, concrete or render. (However, on dust free rough or well dugout softwood timber it is not strictly required).
Preparation - ensure that ALL rotted wood is cut out completely. Filling over rot is a waste of money.
Mixing - mix the two liquids thoroughly together in the ratio 2 Base to 1 Activator until a perfectly even colour. Pour into another clean container and re-mix. Apply with a brush, or by pouring.
Usage rate - 1 litre of Epoxy Primer will cover 1 square metre at a thickness of 1mm, or about 6 square metres at a normal paint film thickness.

Uses - waterproofs, seals and provides a tough vapour barrier membrane on concrete, render, stone, brick and quarry tiles. Apply by brush or roller. Pure epoxy - no solvents, no water.
Ultra Epoxy Seal coating is perfect for sealing damp concrete floors, damp screeds, damp slab and tiled floors, to prevent the passage of moisture and moisture vapour.
Can be used to prepare old or new concrete or screeded floors for direct laying of wooden floors. It acts as a complete vapour barrier.
Mixing - mix the two liquids thoroughly together in the ratio 2 Base to 1 Activator until a perfectly even colour using a paddle in an electric drilling machine. Pour into another clean container and re-mix. Apply with a brush, or by pouring.
Blinding - use our Grit in the top coat to provide a rough surface for adhesive, if you intend fitting a tiled or bonded flooring of any kind.
Coverage Rate - up to 2.5 square metres per litre on smooth surfaces.

Use indoors and outdoors - two pack Epoxy, Clear Primer and Grey Top Coat
Size - 5 litre and 10 litre, Primer & Grey Base
Uses - Garage and Drive Resin is perfect for sealing damp concrete and asphalt garage floors and drives , and for surface grit finishes. Only used washed, dry grit or pebbles if you want a textured surface.
Can be used to bond grits to old or new concrete or asphalt, in conjunction with our Driveway Primer. Do not exceed 3mm grit or aggregate (pebble) size. The aggregate MUST BE WASHED and dust free.
Coverage Rates
Primer - up to 2 square metres per litre on a smooth surface.
Base - up to 4 square metres per litre on a smooth surface.
Coats - start on a warm dry day in the morning to avoid overnight Condensation. Apply 1 coat of Driveway Primer. Allow to fully harden. Within 48 hours of being hard and tack free apply 1 coat of Driveway Base Resin. Allow to harden. Within 48 hours of being hard and tack free apply another coat of Driveway Base Resin and whilst this coat is still wet immediately cover in dust free washed dry grit or stone aggregate having a maximum diameter of 3mm.
Curing and first use - do not allow vehicles onto the drive for a minimum of 48 hours, provided that the temperature has not fallen below 10 degrees Centigrade. Test for hardness before proceeding. Low temperatures may require many days of extra curing time. Use our Memory Thermometer to monitor conditions.

Mixing - mix using a pallet knife, by hand, or in bulk using a paddle in an electric drilling machine.
Uses - for laminating and bonding flooring materials to concrete or to each other. Also used for wooden flooring, oak flooring, tile bonding, slate laying. Completely waterproof and structural. Can be used as a combined adhesive and waterproof Membrane. Flexible enough to accommodate oak and other wooden flooring materials, even over under floor heating.
Usage rate - by volume - allow about 1 litre per square metre on smooth surfaces - for example a 6.25 litre pack will give about 6 square metres at 1mm thickness, but for rough surfaces you may need 2mm or even 3mm of thickness. Use a smooth plastic spreader. Can be used as a continuous coating or in 'dabs'.

Mixing - mix with water to form a 'slurry' - a smooth, brushable thick paint, like masonry paint.
Application - wet the surfaces first and allow to dry until just damp. Brush on one coat, with horizontal brush strokes and allow to dry. Re-damp before re-coating, if dried right out. Apply a second coat, brushing vertically. This eliminates the risk of missed patches and pinholes. Slurry can be rendered over whilst wet, or prime with another coat, or use BondaAcryl as a primer.
Usage rate - 3 to 5 square metres per 20kgs, per coat, subject to surface roughness.
Also Required when Tanking - Universal Mortar Joint Filling Mix - Fillet Seal, (for the floor to wall gap joint), Waterstop - Hydraplug, (for instant leak and weep sealing).
Usage rates - Universal Mortar Joint Filling mix - mix with water to produce a stiff mortar, allow 1kg per 1 metre of joint approximately 25mm x 25mm (1 inch x 1 inch) at the floor to wall joint, or in cracks and voids.

These are always one of the weakest parts of construction and are frequently left unfinished.
